Bergère chairs

What is it about bergère chairs that make us swoon?

Is it the ‘absolute french ness’ or their exquisite look, they remind me of Parisienne hotels and vintage chic which we have come to love .

Direct from France they are circa early 1900’s - and after much use I imagine the cushions were discarded and not replaced.

The cane on one has suffered a little at the front edge of the seat and the other is in good order. I would definitely use with cushions
