1960's French bedside tables

Imagine you are in Paris in the height of the heady days of the 60’s …. You might be sitting on your bed, with a gauloise cigarette in one hand and a glass of champagne in the other and beside you are these fabulous French mirrored night tables.

Yep, these came from a lovely lady who remembers these as part of a bedroom suite that her French parents had.

They are a real love or hate pair and there’s no in between. I appreciate the workmanship from the ormolu mounts on the legs to the shaped bevelled edges of the glass.
